For assignments falling under Mentoring, Strategic Advisory and Management Education/Leadership Development:
Most Mentoring assignments are worked on an hourly or daily fee basis. The costs range from INR 40,000 to 60,000 an hour. Sessions are typically 2 hours long, customized to need. Packages of hours can be pre-purchased for 4-20 hours.

For long and medium-term assignments, where the mentoring- relationship is "ongoing", a customized fee or term-retainership is worked.

For assignments falling under CEO/CXO Hiring:

The fee is charged only from the hiring company and linked to a fixed percent of annual gross salary of the hired professional- one-third of the likely fee is charged as non-refundable advance.

Hiring assignments are undertaken for CEO/CXOs level only and “on-exclusive-basis” only..

No charge of any nature or in any form is charged from the hired person.
No head-hunting is ever done from within any of the client companies.
